I've only been sleeping on it for 2 nights, but already my neck is much less tight upon waking, less shoulder pain, and my sleep has been much better. It is lightweight and makes no noise like buckwheat and others can. So far so good. We will see how long it lasts but so far, for this price...I'm happy 😊
